Come learn to connect and gain greater awareness around your own energy as well as others. Learn how to move energy, while increasing your confidence in trusting your body and your intuition. Our bodies naturally know how to be in balance and Reiki is a healing energy that promotes this innate ability. Your level 1 certificate gives you the knowledge and skills to practice reiki on yourself as well as others, including plants and animals.
