Learn to Meditate with a Mantra - Now Available Online! ✨
Many of you have asked about learning how to meditate and having a simple tool to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and better able to handle whatever life brings.
I’ve uploaded a pre-recorded Learn to Meditate with a Mantra course to my website. I love making this practice simple, practical, and easy to use. Once you purchase it, you can watch it as often as you need.
If you’ve ever thought, “I can’t meditate,” this course is especially for you (and I get it, but trust me if I can, anyone can).
Remember, it’s not about creating a perfectly still mind. It’s about creating a practice—even if it’s just one minute a day—that helps you become more present.

Personalized Mantras ✨
I also have something a little different to offer. If you’re already meditating—or have taken my Learn to Meditate course—I can provide you with your personalized mantra.
During my meditation training, I was given access to a program that determines the sound or mantra connected to the energy present at the time of your birth. There are 108 possible mantras.
If you send me your birth date, exact birth time (if you know it), and birth location, I’ll determine yours. If you don’t know your exact birth time, we can use 6:00 a.m., for the start of the day, or another time that feels right. It’s more about connecting with the energy than worrying about perfection.
I’ll determine your personalized mantra and send you a voice recording so you know exactly how to pronounce it and work with it in your meditation practice. The cost for this is $25.

💜 Reiki Level 1
Reiki Level 1 is coming up on Saturday, August 9th, from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. in Edmonton.
If you feel it’s time to learn how to connect with energy for yourself, this one-day course will teach you how to work with Reiki for yourself, others, plants, and animals. Limited to 4 participants.
And yes… Zoom really does work!🌿
Is it the same experience as in person – no, but can I connect to your energy and help you move a ton – yes.
Some people also love phone sessions, while others prefer email sessions (with email sessions, you don’t need to book a specific time or do anything while I work).
