Learn to Meditate!
Come learn to meditate! This is truly a tool that can help anyone and everyone. The benefits of meditation are endless, from reducing stress and anxiety to lowering blood pressure to helping you create focus & new healthy daily habits, the list goes on and on. All from learning to take a few moments everyday to sit and be still to reconnect with that true inner you that can sometimes be forgotten. As someone with ADHD I know this may sound impossible for many of you, but trust me it is not. Let me teach you how to access this very simple yet life changing practice. We will discuss breathing, mindfulness and meditation in a way that makes sense. After just one hour you will leave with valuable insights and your own tools.
