DESCRIPTION:A class for beginners or those looking for a refresher. In this one hour class you will learn what\, how\, when\, where and why to meditate – all wrapped up in an easy to understand way. Once we discuss the basics\, we will learn some breathing techniques and settle into a group meditation. Having the tool of meditation is beneficial to everyone\, it is not about forcing the mind to be quiet. Learn to reduce stress\, create more mindfulness in your day and simply get healthier. Spots are limited as I like to teach in small groups so that everyone is comfortable. Chairs and blankets available\, you only need to bring yourself! Monday\, March 14th\, 6:30-7:30 pm.
