Hi
Today is the last day to register for our Nurturing & Transformational Retreat, and we’d love to have you join us.
If you’re wondering if you deserve this you time – you do. 🤍
Also, I will be teaching Reiki Level 3 (Master Level) in Edmonton. Someone has requested it, so I’m seeing if there is additional interest. The date is flexible and will be set based on those who would like to attend. If you’re interested in Reiki Level 1 or 2 let me know as well, and we will find a date that works.

Overnight Accommodation 🌙
For those travelling from out of town—or anyone who would simply enjoy a relaxing overnight stay—the Pomeroy Hotel & Conference Centre is offering our retreat guests a special discounted room rate. If you’d like to take advantage of this, simply let the hotel know that you are part of our retreat.
What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a journal, and perhaps a pillow or anything else that will help you feel comfortable and cozy during our guided practices.
We know dietary needs are important, so our snacks and smoothie options have been chosen with sensitivities in mind, offering gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options. 🍽️
Our hope is that you leave feeling more grounded, connected, rested, and with practical tools you can continue using long after the retreat ends.
