Hi everyone,

Only a few spaces remain for our Nurturing & Transformational Retreat in Grande Prairie, and we’d love to have you join us.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or simply craving time to slow down, reconnect, and refill your own cup, this retreat was created for you. 🤍

From Friday evening (6:00–9:00 PM) through Saturday (9:00 AM–6:00 PM), you’ll be gently guided through experiences designed to calm your nervous system, reconnect you with your body, and create space for healing, insight, and renewal.

Throughout our time together you’ll experience:

  • Yin
  • Somatic practices
  • Guided meditations
  • Sound baths and energy shifting
  • Journaling, self-reflection, and intuitive exercises
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Opportunities for rest, reflection, and meaningful connection in a warm, supportive environment

We’ve also thoughtfully planned breaks throughout the retreat so you have time to relax, connect with others, and simply be. ✨

Friday Evening

  • Fresh vegetables with dip and kettle chips will be available during our evening break.

Saturday

  • A fresh fruit and berry snack will be available during our mid-morning break.
  • Lunch will be served from approximately 12:30–1:30 PM. When you register, you’ll be able to choose from one of the following hotel-prepared meals:
    • Skylark Burger with garden salad
    • Clubhouse sandwich with garden salad
    • Veggie Bibimbap stir-fry
    • Spicy Thai chicken bowl
  • During our afternoon break, we’ll enjoy fresh smoothies, including dairy-free       options.

Coffee, tea, and water will be available throughout both days.

Overnight Accommodation 🌙

For those travelling from out of town—or anyone who would simply enjoy a relaxing overnight stay—the Pomeroy Hotel & Conference Centre is offering our retreat guests a special discounted room rate. If you’d like to take advantage of this, simply let the hotel know that you are part of our retreat.

What to Bring

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a journal, and perhaps a pillow or anything else that will help you feel comfortable and cozy during our guided practices.

We know dietary needs are important, so our snacks and smoothie options have been chosen with sensitivities in mind, offering gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options. 🍽️

Our hope is that you leave feeling more grounded, connected, rested, and with practical tools you can continue using long after the retreat ends.

Only a few spaces remain, and we’d love to share this experience with you.
