I also offer Usui Reiki training – a Japanese healing practice using gentle hand placement to promote balance, relaxation and alignment.

Intuitive Energy Healing

Intuitive energy healing is my own cohesive way of working with energy, shaped by years of practice, study, and deep listening. Each session is guided by how your energy presents in the moment—through sensing, feeling, and attunement—allowing the work to unfold naturally in support of balance, release, and the body’s innate healing response. This approach is not a set formula; it is responsive, personal, and designed to support the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual layers of your experience.
 
Sessions are available in person, via Zoom, or by phone, offering flexibility while maintaining the same level of presence, care, and intuitive connection. Each session is held with intention and awareness, meeting you where you are and supporting what is ready to shift.

Distance Healing Sessions

Distance energy healing offers gentle, intuitive support, meeting you exactly where you are. In these sessions, I tune into your energy and listen to what your system is presenting, allowing space for alignment, release, and your body’s natural healing response. This work supports the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers of your experience, much like in-person sessions.

There is nothing you need to do during the session – many people choose to rest, sleep, or move through their day as usual. Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed email with insights and messages from the body, offering clarity, reflection, and support for integration. Clients often describe these sessions as calming, grounding, and deeply supportive, creating meaningful shifts and a greater sense of ease.

Usui Reiki Level 1 / Energy Awareness

Usui Reiki Level 1 is an introduction to Reiki and energy awareness, supporting you in building a foundational relationship with energy, your body, and your intuition. In this immersive, full-day class, you’ll explore the history and principles of Reiki while gaining hands-on experience sensing and moving energy. The focus is on developing confidence, trust in your body’s responses, and awareness of how energy communicates through you. This intimate class is limited to four participants, allowing for personalized guidance, practice and support throughout your learning experience.

Usui Reiki Level 2

Usui Reiki Level 2 is a deepening of your Reiki journey, supporting a more focused and expansive connection with energy and intuition. in this immersive, full-day class, Reiki symbols are introduced, including the distance symbol, opening new pathways for awareness, connection, and energetic support. The focus is on strengthening your practice, refining how you channel energy, and expanding the ways you can offer healing to yourself and others. Held in a small, supportive group, limited to four participants, this class allows for personalized guidance, hands-on practice, and meaningful integration.

Usui Reiki Level 3 – Master Level is a sacred step in your healing journey, inviting a deeper commitment to the Reiki path and to yourself. In this immersive course, you’ll be introduced to additional symbols and advanced techniques, including the use of sound and supportive tools that expand and enrich your healing practice. This level is not only about learning more – it is about embodying Reik more fully, deepening awareness, and honouring your role as a clear vessel for healing energy. This experience is both grounding and transformative, strengthening your ability to support yourself and others with greater presence, clarity and trust. This intimate class is limited to four participants, allowing for personalized guidance, hands-on practice and meaningful integration and growth.

Kids & Youth Reiki & Energy Awareness Class

This gentle and empowering class is designed to support children and teens in building a deeper awareness of themselves and the energy around them. Through fun, engaging, and hands-on activities, they’ll discover how to recognize and release energy that feels heavy, while learning tools to stay grounded, balanced, and confident in their daily lives.

Together, we’ll explore the basics of Reiki and energy healing, practice simple meditation using a mantra, and learn grounding techniques that are easy to use anytime. Participants will also gain an understanding of their chakras (energy centers), discover how colors influence our well-being through food, clothing, and environment, and experience how to feel and move energy in themselves and others.

Each class is interactive and creative—going beyond sitting and listening—so children and youth can explore and connect in ways that feel natural and fun.
