Online Zoom Course – Jan/Feb 2024

I’m excited to be offering online courses via zoom! These classes will cover:
- How to meditate (without an app)
- breathing
- grounding
- energy awareness
- intuition
- chakras
- energetic boundaries
- clearing and more!
After almost a decade of doing this work ‘officially’ I love being able to share and teach others how to work with their systems. I’m a huge fan of empowerment and awareness and love making it easier for people. I know if I had these tools earlier it would have helped me understand myself and the things I pick up on easier.
Spots are being limited to just 4 people per class for a comfortable learning experience.
Two time options to choose from:
Thursdays, January 11 – February 15, 9:30-10:30 am mst
OR
Fridays, January 19 – February 23, 12-1 pm mst
