FREE Virtual Group Healing Session

Free virtual group healing session via zoom Thursday, April 25th 9:30 am – 10:30 am MDT (Edmonton, AB time zone). Join me for this healing session from the comfort of your home. You do not have to turn your camera on, that is optional, but be comfortable and relax as I go in to the subtle energy and share what is coming up as a collective. You are also not required to share, simply see what is ready to come up for you, release and shift to allow your body to be more aligned, clear and light. Be open to physical, emotional, mental and spiritual shifts, and remember your system is always in charge. The recording will also be sent after and can be saved and used to continue shifting as long as it feels right for you. If you can lie down and relax during the session, great, even if you want to find a quiet spot with headphones or in the car, whatever works. I would not suggest listening while driving (passenger with headphones yes) as emotions and shifting can often be felt. Reach out with any questions!
