Virtual Energy Awareness 6 Week Course – May 10 – June 14, 2024

I’m excited to be offering another online course via zoom! These classes will cover:

• How to meditate (without an app)
• breathing
• grounding
• energy awareness
• intuition
• chakras
• energetic boundaries
• clearing and more!

I have been working with subtle energy (‘officially’) for over a decade and I love being able to share about our energetic system, and teach others how to work with their energy. I’m a huge fan of empowerment and awareness and love making it easier for people. I know if I had these tools earlier it would have helped me understand myself and the things I pick up on easier. All classes are recorded and sent after for you to keep so don’t worry if you miss any or can’t attend live.
